Mô tả công việc

- Work closely with other departments to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring that all internal procedures are standardized and aligned with the company's goals. - Conduct actual audits within relevant departments to ensure that SOPs are properly and fully implemented. - Analyze existing procedures and systems, identify risks, gaps, and propose procedure improvements to enhance transparency and work efficiency. - Perform operational audits, compliance audits across business operations, policies, procedures, legal regulations, company internal regulations, accounting documents, management reports, tax reports, financial reports, budgets, etc. - Support the completion of special projects and inspections as requested by the Head of Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields. - Have at least 2 years of experience with SOPs and procedures systems in a corporate environment. - Experience in internal auditing and inspecting actual procedures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and teamwork skills, ability to work independently. - Ability to design clear, easy-to-understand procedure flowcharts. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specialized software, and business-level English. - Maintain the independence of the auditor from other departments.
