Mô tả công việc

* Strategic analysis and planning:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, key risks and trends in the industry (including competitor benchmarking)

- Conduct financial analysis & projections to support business decision-making and resource allocation.

- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and increase market share, ensure alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.

- Analyze internal / external data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.

- Lead the development of Sales team’s KPIs to measure success and monitor progress.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing business strategies and recommend improvements or adjustments as needed.

- Prepare comprehensive business plans and presentations to communicate strategies and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.

- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.

* Collaboration and communication

- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align departmental goals with the corporate strategy and execution of strategic objectives.

- Facilitate strategic planning sessions, workshops, and meetings to ensure consensus and buy-in.

- Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders

* Financial and performance management

- Build financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

- Monitor & evaluate business performance against strategic goals, providing insights & recommendations for improvement.

- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

* Leadership and execution

- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through execution.

- Manage the strategic planning process to ensure it is effective and engaging for all stakeholders.

- Provide guidance and direction to management and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

- Support management and stakeholders on the negotiating of key business contracts.

- Assist in evaluating potential partnerships and M&A opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy development, business planning, corporate advisory, or management consulting. - Written and spoken fluency in both English and Vietnamese. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) with strong presentation skills - Proven ability to design and implement successful strategic initiatives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex ideas. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Proficient in financial analysis and forecasting. - Strong leadership and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Interflour Vietnam tọa lạc tại Khu Công nghiệp Cái Mép thuộc tỉnh Bà Rịa- Vũng Tàu ở miền Nam Việt Nam. Chỉ mất khoảng một tiếng rưỡi để đi từ thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đến nhà máy, vị trí bên sông Thị Vải mang lại khả năng tiếp cận với các tuyến đường thủy dọc theo đồng bằng sông Mekong và các khu vực khác ở miền Trung và miền Bắc Việt Nam. Đây là một trong những nhà máy được mua sớm nhất bởi Tập đoàn Interflour vào năm 2005 và từ đó đến nay đã tăng công suất sản xuất lên gấp đôi. Nhà máy của chúng tôi nằm cạnh Cảng Cái Mép, một vị trí mang lại thuận lợi không đâu sánh được để tiếp nhận các tàu hàng lúa mì. Chúng tôi cung cấp dịch vụ cho thị trường trong nước và xuất khẩu với các sản phẩm bột mì đa dạng, văn phòng kinh doanh của chúng tôi tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh luôn hỗ trợ phục vụ khách hàng khắp nơi trên toàn quốc và các khu vực khác. Nhà máy sản xuất bột mì đặc biệt cho thị hiếu người Việt Nam như bánh mì Việt Nam, bánh mì baguettes và mì sợi bằng dòng sản phẩm được ưa chuộng như Globe và Bakers' Choice của chúng tôi.
