* Human Resources Strategy

- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's growth direction.

- Propose HR policies and procedures to optimize work efficiency and workforce management.

- Monitor the implementation of HR policies to ensure compliance with the law and customer requirements.

* HR Team and Resources.

- Assist in managing and developing the HR team to ensure the effective operation of HR functions.

- Guide and enhance the professional skills of HR staff.

- Support the HR Manager in assigning tasks appropriately, monitoring work performance, and suggesting improvements.

* Workforce Planning & Hiring

- Directly manage the recruitment team, develop recruitment and retention strategies, and ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved.

- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job posting, CV screening, interviewing, to employment contract signing.

- Develop effective recruitment channels and propose initiatives to attract new talent and reduce early attrition rates.

* Training and Development

- Directly manage the training team and develop training plans based on actual needs and customer requirements.

- Oversee training operations and ensure the quality of training programs, meeting all training KPIs.

- Propose training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.

- Collaborate with departments to build career development pathways for employees.

- Work with department heads to develop promotion pathways and succession plans for the talent pipeline.

* Manage Programs and Projects

- Develop HR workplans based on NB scorecards to ensure all target metrics are achieved.

- Plan and implement projects as required by NB (Above & Beyond, HRMS, etc.).

* Workplace Grievance and Dispute.

- Receive, handle, and resolve complaints and labor disputes following established procedures and regulations.

- Ensure a fair working environment, minimize conflicts, and motivate employees.

- Support disciplinary procedures in handling labor regulation violations.

* Communication & Cultural Cultivating.

- Organize internal programs, events, and employee engagement activities.

- Ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication between employees and management.

* Other HR related jobs as per assigned by head of dept

Vietnam Samho Co., Ltd, developed from 1970s until now, is a company investing in various aspects, especially in manufacturing sports shoes of well-known brand name like Adidas and New Balance. Starting with the name “SamYang VN” established in 1994 by SAMYANG Corporation (invested in VN with 100% Korean Capital). We focused on producing and exporting Nike shoes products, with more than 6,000 workers. The factory is located in 1243, 8 Provincial Road, Thanh An Hamlet, Trung An Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2006, SamYang VN was franchised to SAMHO Co, Ltd., changed name to VN Samho Company and has maintained manufacturing Nike shoes products. Year 2009 is our company break-through by transferring to producing New Balance and Adidas sports shoes. For the purpose of extension, we build, expand more factories and operate with more than 12,000 workforces from local and other provinces in VN. Thanks to that success, Samho planned to expand the scale of business in VN. We deployed the projects of shoes manufacturing factories at Binh Hoa industrial parks, Long Xuyen City, An Giang and operated from 11/2014 with larger than 5,000 labors. Vietnam Samho is one of the FDI companies in VN with high export turnover, responsibly accomplishes their tax obligations, and pays full Social Insurance for the employees.
