* Job Description:

- Receive models:

+ Get models from pattern manager, also report the work to manager.

- Create pattern:

+ Create pattern by Dimension program base on tech-pack, use the Ai, Corel… then get the files.

- Revise pattern :

+ Have meeting with Pattern manager- Dev and after that meeting with customer then revise pattern and create shoes.

- Create tools :

+ Create tools same as pattern paper-PVC, stitching gauge, heel- toe mesurement tools, palet zig nosew, cutting die, screen film, screen board, mold, computer stitching's program, emboidery... for each stages GTM1, GTM 2, Line CFM, Line Freeze, Sales sample...

- Create making shoes process.

+ Based on customer's sample/request, propose reasonable, complex and rich processes with available machinery of the factory and simultaneously check and edit/change the process accordingly.

- Create sample shoes :

+ Make the pulover's shoes for checking before it can work on GTM1, GTM 2, Line CFM, Line Freeze, Sales sample......stages.

- Check :

+ Check each stage make the sample pattern : cutting, stitching, nosew, lasting...

+ Follow every stage of shoe special Sale Sample stage ( first sample stage where work at Production Line)

+ Support the 3rt company - Samho An Giang in create tools.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have experienced in same positions 02 years and more.

- Understanding on pattern process for Running shoes Fit is required.

- Understanding on shoes making process including no-sew, HF, screen printing process is preferred.

- Experienced in Commercialization process.

- Good at Dimension/ Crispin/ Zebero/ Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.

- Good at English in verbal.

We focused on producing and exporting Nike shoes products, with more than 6,000 workers. The factory is located in 1243, 8 Provincial Road, Thanh An Hamlet, Trung An Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. In 2006, SamYang VN was franchised to SAMHO Co, Ltd., changed name to VN Samho Company and has maintained manufacturing Nike shoes products. Year 2009 is our company break-through by transferring to producing New Balance and Adidas sports shoes. For the purpose of extension, we build, expand more factories and operate with more than 12,000 workforces from local and other provinces in VN. Thanks to that success, Samho planned to expand the scale of business in VN. We deployed the projects of shoes manufacturing factories at Binh Hoa industrial parks, Long Xuyen City, An Giang and operated from 11/2014 with larger than 5,000 labors. Vietnam Samho is one of the FDI companies in VN with high export turnover, responsibly accomplishes their tax obligations, and pays full Social Insurance for the employees.
