- Thực hiện đúng quy trình sửa chữa và bảo trì-bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa.
Observe maintenance/repair procedures
- Cập nhật các thông tin liên quan đến kết quả kiểm tra, bảo trì máy tức thì.
Update information related to inspection results, maintenance-maintenance immediately.
- Yêu cầu nhân viên kế hoạch cung cấp thông tin về phụ tùng dự phòng trước khi tiến hành bảo trì, bảo dường máy. Đề nghị thông số kỹ thuật phụ tùng
Ask the planning staff to provide information about spare parts before carrying out maintenance and servicing of the machine. Propose technical data of spare part.

Analyse, reason, identify and fix daily breakdowns on the job involved
- Đề xuất các ý kiến kịp thời để công việc sửa chữa, bảo trì để đạt hiệu quả cao.
Recommend initiatives in a timely manner to ensure maintenance efficiency

Comply to industrial safety and hygiene policy
- Có ý thức bảo quản dụng cụ, máy móc và thiết bị của công ty phục vụ cho sản xuất;
Self-motivated in the care and maintenance of equipment/ to effectively serve production
- Đảm bảo tiến độ công việc theo sự phân công của trưởng nhóm.
Maintain assignment progress set forward by Leader.
- Hướng dẫn đồng nghiệp và nhân viên mới trong bộ phận.
Guide and support new personnel of the department.
- Tiếp nhận phân loại và cập nhật thông tin yêu cầu sửa chữa và chế tạo lên mạng nội bộ.( ngày yêu cầu sửa chữa, ngày dự kiến hòan thành ngày hòan thành thực tế).
Receive, sort and update repair and building requests in the company internal network (including request dates, estimated/actual completion dates of repairs and building works).
- Hỗ trợ các bộ phận khác có liên quan khi cần.
Co-operate with related departments
- Đảm bảo báo cáo, các yêu cầu đúng thời gian quy định
Ensure reports, requests are timely made.
- Phối hợp với các Giám sát sản xuất, tổ trưởng bảo trì để theo sát kế họach bảo trì cho toàn nhà máy.
Co-ordinate with maintenance supervisors, foremen to closely maintain maintenance schedule for the whole factory
- Làm việc với tổ/nhóm để thiết lập các mục tiêu, ưu tiên công tác, mong muốn thực hiện để hoàn thành công tác sửa chữa, bảo trì một cách hiệu quả;
Work with teams/groups to determine targets, priorities, expectations to complete repairs and maintenance effectively

Yêu cầu công việc
- Khả năng tiếng Anh ở mức độ đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên môn
Ability of reading and understanding technical materials in English
- Sử dụng MS office hoặc phần mềm chuyên dụng ở mức cơ bản
Ability to use MS office or job related software at basic level
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm bảo trì, sửa chữa máy CNC (tiên, phay, mài, laser, …)
At least 2 years’ experience in repair CNC machine (turning, milling, grinding, laser etc, ...)
- Có khả năng sắp xếp và tổ chức công việc
Well-organised and good work planning
- Có kiến thức tốt về các lĩnh vực liên quan (tiên, phay, bào, nhiệt, mài, …).
Good knowledge in relating areas (turning, milling, planing, heat treatment, grinding etc.)
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc lập kế hoạch bảo trì và ứng dụng phầm mềm bảo trì.
Experience in scheduling maintenance and applying maintenance soft-wares
- Có khả năng đàm phán, phân tích và suy luận.
Ability to negotiate. analysis and inference.
- Có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật Tiếng Anh.
English technical materials reading comprehension
- Tốt nghiệp Đại hoặc hoặc Cao đẳng ngành cơ khí, tự động hóa, điện
University or College diploma in Engineering mechanics, automation, electronics
