Mô tả công việc

+ Monitor the complete PR and PO lifecycle - from creation and approval to delivery and payment - preventing any workflow delays. + Maintain precise digital and physical records of POs, contracts, invoices, and certificates. Reconcile ERP data with actual documents and promptly correct discrepancies. - Contract & Vendor Document Management + Track vendor agreements, proactively flagging validity periods, renewals, and specific terms to ensure timely action. + Coordinate the contract signing process across requestor, finance and the supplier. + Maintain an up-to-date master vendor list including contacts, compliance, and tax documents. - Cross-Functional Coordination + Help align timing and information across teams to keep procurement and supply processes running smoothly. - Alerts & Issue Tracking + Escalate supply risks, missing documents, or stuck approvals immediately. + Maintain an active issue log and follow up relentlessly until each bottleneck is resolved. - Reporting & Operational Support + Generate routine trackers and assist in updating recurring operational dashboards. + Support ad-hoc data pulls and consolidation for the Supply Chain team. + Other supply chain administrative tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics or a related field. - 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations coordination or administrative support; relevant internship experience will be considered. - Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or e-mobility environment is a plus. - Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP or similar) is a plus. * Skills - Careful and detail-oriented - accuracy in documents, numbers and tracking is non-negotiable. - Well organized - manages multiple trackers, deadlines and follow-ups without dropping balls. - Good people skills - comfortable chasing different teams and suppliers while keeping relationships positive. - Strong follow - through - closes loops, escalates appropriately, alerts early. - Service mindset - proactively supports the team and removes friction. - Proficient in Excel and Office tools (Google Sheet, data studio); able to build clean tracking sheets. - Good written and verbal English - needed for supplier and cross-functional communication. - Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
