Mô tả công việc

- Corporate Planning Support + Running monthly and quarterly corporate planning cycles. + Collect, consolidate and reconcile planning inputs from Finance, Sales, Marketing/Trade and other functions. + Prepare draft materials, slides and supporting data for monthly and quarterly business reviews. + Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up to ensure closure. - Data Analysis & Reporting + Collect, clean and analyze operations data from multiple sources. + Maintain and update operations dashboards and recurring reports (forecast accuracy, inventory, service level, cost, etc.). + Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support operational decisions. + Highlight anomalies, trends and risks; - Cross-Functional Coordination + Act as a coordination contact point between Operations and other functions on planning-related topics. + Document outcomes of cross-functional meetings; circulate notes and next steps. + Chase pending inputs and resolve information gaps so plans stay on track. - Operations Exposure (Rotational Learning) + Spend an initial period embedded with the Purchasing team, and later with Planning and Logistics, to understand how operations work on the ground. This is a learning rotation, not a permanent scope. + Apply learnings from rotations to improve the quality of data analysis and planning support work. - Ad-hoc Support + Take on ad-hoc projects, analyses and documentation tasks as requested by the Head of Operations. + Help prepare presentations, briefs and follow-ups for internal stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field. - 1–3 years of working experience in operations, planning, business analytics, FP&A or a similar field; strong fresh graduates are also welcome. - Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or startup environment is a plus.
